Hey there! My name is Drianna Shoemaker and welcome to my little corner of the internet. I am 24 years old, engaged to the love of my life and the proud owner of my business, Desert Belle Salon located in The Doll House Suite at Signature Salon Studios in Mesa. I created this blog to not only share with you tips and tricks for your hair, but also as a way for you get to know me and what I am all about.
I am a big fan of being yourself and loving life. If I had to chose 1 quote to live by it would be, "There's no point in being grown up, if you can't be childish sometimes" -Doctor Who. As important as it is to reach for your goals and do all the big grown up things, it is equally important to let yourself have fun and be a kid every once in awhile. Which is why I try to run to Disneyland whenever I have the chance. Disney is my happy place because I can run and jump around in my Toy Story overalls and nobody thinks its weird. Well. . .OK . . some might think its weird, but who cares when you're in Disney!
Anyway, as much I would love to continue to go on and on about my Disney obsession, I'm sure you would like to hear a little more about me than that. So here we go:
I am a dog mom to the cutest little 13 year old rat terrier named Buddy. He is my baby and I will periodically share photos of him with you guys.
I love most things outdoor related such as camping and off-roading.
Most of all, I love being creative, especially behind the chair. Helping my clients look and feel amazing is the best part of my day.
So there you have it! Me in a nut shell. I am a little quirky and tend to ramble, as you can probably tell, but this is me. I am happy to have you here and am excited to share what I know and love. Let the adventure begin . .
